Intermodal India brings about the Indian Logistical Renaissance
Through being the biggest cargo transport, logistics and foreign trade event in the Americas, the exhibition has received attention of customers who also have business in India and who would like to become more widely known there. As such, UBM will be bringing the expertise of Intermodal South America to the Indian market.
For the first time in India, the event will take place in Mumbai, from 26th to 28th September 2012 with a high estimated attendance from both executives and companies from the sector, presenting opportunities for representatives to interact with key participants from the worldwide industry regarding the immense business potential of the emerging Indian logistics industry.
Intermodal South America 2012 has now sold out 99% of the stands available, in record time, in less than five months after the last edition, the intensity of the race for places at the event is huge.
For 2012 we already have more than 550 exhibitor companies from more than 20 countries on board.
Only 5 months after the 2011 edition, the event has already sold out 99% of the available space for 2012.
More than 45,000 professional attendees are expected in 2012.
The majority of the attendees and exhibitors testify to the event being a superb facilitator to strengthen the relationship between supply and demand (90% approval levels).
Having been in the industrial real estate market for 19 years, the Brazilian Business Park, also known as BBP, will take part in Intermodal 2012, to exhibit its new project in logistic operations, as well as unveiling its complete real estate infrastructure concepts and associated services. Its new project, known as the National Logistics Centre [Centro Nacional de Logística – CENALOG] will focus on the principal operational logistics routes around Brazil’s biggest consumer markets: the Campinas towards São Paulo region, Vale do Paraíba towards Rio de Janeiro, the South of Minas Gerais towards Belo Horizonte, greater São Paulo state and the state capital city of São Paulo. It is key to highlight that all BBP projects are located in municipal areas with excellent financial incentives.
