Intermodal 2026 projects the future of logistics and infrastructure on the global stage

The largest logistics, intralogistics, freight transport, and foreign trade event in the Southern Hemisphere reaches its 30th edition in 2026 and consolidates itself as an international hub for business, networking, and specialized content

Under the theme “Connections that move Brazil: logistics and infrastructure towards global leadership,” the 4th Interlog Summit will be 100% international, with simultaneous translation and morning programming, allowing attendees to fully experience the fair

São Paulo, November 2025 – Intermodal South America, the main meeting point for the logistics, intralogistics, cargo transport, and foreign trade sectors in Latin America, reaches its 30th edition from April 14 to 16, 2026, in the Anhembi District, in São Paulo.

Recognized as the largest trade fair in the southern hemisphere, Intermodal will bring together key players, executives, public authorities, and experts to discuss the direction of the sector and present innovations that drive the country's economic development.

Among the highlights of the edition is the 4th Interlog Summit, which in 2026 adopts a new format and reinforces its 100% international character, with simultaneous translation in all panels and lectures. Under the theme “Connections that move Brazil: logistics and infrastructure towards global prominence,” the congress will address how innovation, multimodality, artificial intelligence, and geopolitical factors are redefining the competitiveness of Brazilian logistics and infrastructure.

“The Interlog Summit has been completely redesigned to offer a global and integrated experience. The program starts in the morning at 11 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m., integrating the lunch hour. This format allows attendees to make the most of the technical and strategic content without competing with the trade show. After the lectures conclude, it is possible to explore Intermodal, its exhibitors, and business opportunities until the trade show closes at 9 p.m.,” highlights Fernando D’Ascola, head of the Infrastructure and Technology portfolio at Informa Markets, organizer of Intermodal.

International Content and Strategic Networking

The Interlog Summit 2026 program will span the three days of the event, featuring two simultaneous congresses: the Intermodal – International Congress and the XXVIII CNL – National Logistics Conference, promoted by Abralog. Together, they create a global immersion environment focused on the three pillars that sustain logistics competitiveness: infrastructure and multimodality, innovation and automation, and geopolitics and neo-industrialization.

In addition to international panels and keynotes from Brazil and abroad, the congress will offer a differentiated networking experience. Depending on the type of ticket purchased, participants will have access to the VIP congress room, shared with speakers and invited executives, as well as exclusive networking meetings — the Intermodal Meetups, thematic sessions led by specialists that promote experience exchange and strategic connections among industry professionals.

Three Pillars to Rethink Brazilian Logistics

Infrastructure and Multimodality:

The first pillar discusses the road dependency of the logistics matrix and the potential for cargo redistribution through the modernization of railways, waterways, and ports. The debate includes the role of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and concessions in accelerating critical projects, as well as the advancement of digital infrastructure — fiber optics and 5G — as the foundation for smarter and more connected logistics.

Innovation, AI, and Automation:

The second pillar focuses on technologies redefining the sector, highlighting artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, robotics, AGVs, and drones applied to fleet operations and management, terminals, and distribution centers.Topics also include the hyperconnected supply chain, IoT, and blockchain, enabling global-scale traceability and transparency.

Geopolitics and Neo-industrialization:

The third pillar explores logistics as a competitive and geopolitical differentiator for Brazil, examining the impact of integrating physical infrastructure with operational intelligence.Discussions also cover Export Processing Zones (EPZs), global hubs, and the transformation of Brazil into a logistics and production platform for South America and Africa.Tickets and Visitation

Reinforcing its commitment to a qualified and business-focused audience, Intermodal 2026 will adopt paid registration for visitors. Interested parties can purchase their tickets on the website www.intermodal.com.br starting in December, with prices of R$ 150.00 (full price) and R$ 75.00 (solidarity ticket) upon donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food.

“We want to ensure an environment focused on generating real opportunities and knowledge exchange. Paid registration helps us attract a more engaged audience with clear objectives and maintain Intermodal as a high-level relationship space for companies, executives, and decision-makers,” explains the executive.

With this format, the event reaffirms its role as a complete platform for business, content, and networking, connecting thousands of professionals and consolidating Intermodal South America as the largest event for innovation, business, and knowledge in logistics in the Southern Hemisphere.
