Not necessarily. The exhibitor may provide the VISITOR COURTESY CODE to their customers and partners. When entering this code at the payment stage, the ticket price will be automatically waived.

By accessing the accreditation page: https://www.intermodal.com.br/en/registration/, your client will fill in the requested contact details and, on the payment page, enter the complimentary visit code that you provided them. This will reset the ticket price to zero. Registration will be complete, and starting in March 2026, the system will issue the credential file, allowing participants to print it and bring it to the event.

Registration for Intermodal South America 2026 will be available until the last day of the event, April 16, 2026. The VISITOR COURTESY CODE  can be used at any time until that date and is valid until April 16, 2026.

The VISITOR COURTESY CODE  has an unlimited number of invitations. We recommend that it be used to invite customers and strategic partners, always considering the focus of the event, which is professionals in logistics, intralogistics, foreign trade, and cargo transportation. This practice helps maintain the quality of the audience and boost business generation.

We provide an Exhibitor Kit with exclusive items to promote your participation in the event, such as posts for social media, materials to send via WhatsApp, banners for websites, email signatures, among others. The items can be customized with your company logo, booth location, and your VISITOR COURTESY CODE. 

The VISITOR COURTESY CODE is unlimited, but should be used primarily for professionals aligned with the profile of Intermodal South America. The focus is on visitors from the logistics, intralogistics, foreign trade, and freight transport sectors, ensuring a qualified and business-oriented environment.

To access the event, visitors must present their printed credentials directly at the pavilion entrances. Intermodal South America will be held from April 14 to 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in the Anhembi District, located at Av. Olavo Fontoura, 1,209, Santana, São Paulo/SP, CEP 02012-021, Gate 38.

Exhibitor's guest: professionals who use the exhibitor's VISITOR COURTESY  CODE will be fully exempt from the fee and will receive a badge valid for the three days of the event. Full price: ticket costing R$ 150.00 for industry professionals, valid for the three days of the event. Half-price: ticket priced at R$ 75.00 for industry professionals, according to the field of activity stated on the badge, valid for all three days of the event. Charity initiative with donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food: ticket priced at R$ 75.00 for industry professionals, valid for all three days of the event, upon donation. THE TICKET IS ONLY VALID FOR VISITING THE EVENT AND IS NOT VALID FOR THE CONGRESS.
