EGA expands the scope of its services with strategic partnerships

Dynamically expanding all over the country, the company will present its new partnerships with terminals and ports at Intermodal. It will also demonstrate the new innovative container type called the Skycell.

EGA Group, a Brazilian company specialized in storage and cargo handling management in customs enclosures, ports, dry ports and redex, closed a business deal with CLIFF Terminal and SKYCELL, a Swiss company, which offers systems for the cold chain in pharmaceutical goods that needs temperature-controlled transportation. The company will take advantage at Intermodal South America - sorrounded by logistics, cargo transportation and foreign trade companies - to present its new partnerships to the market.

In addition to the new contracts the company will demonstrate the Skycell container which is an innovative model for cargo clustering of any kind and of all shapes and sizes. The only NTO (Non Terminal Operator) in the world, EGA is handling 60 thousand tons per year and brings significant cost reductions. Therefore, the company is present at the main Brazilian ports such as Santos, Itajaí, Rio de Janeiro, São Francisco do Sul, Paranaguá Rio Grande and Vitória as well as the business units in Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Guarulhos, São Paulo, Santos, Curitiba, Itajaí e Porto Alegre.

EGA Group is one of the 600 brands that will be present at Intermodal South America 22nd Edition, taking place at Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo, from 5th to 7th April, which gathers over 600 national and international brands from 25 different countries, representing the various areas from the chain such as maritime, road, air and rail transportation, terminals, ports, cargo agents, logistics operators, IT and services related to national and international cargo transportation.
